Where do you source your ingredients?
Our ingredients are sourced from Australia first and then worldwide, depending on the ingredient and origin. We ensure that our ingredients are sourced ethically and with our customers' health in mind.
What is the shelf life of supplements?
Our supplements have an 18-month shelf life upon opening. To learn more specifically about the expiry date, check out our packaging.
Can teenagers take your supplements?
Our Australian sports supplements are suitable for people 16 years old and above. If you have medical conditions or are taking specific medications, you might want to speak to a doctor first for advice on taking them.

What products can be taken together?
At present, none of our Go Nutrition products can be taken together; however, they can be taken at different intervals. For instance, our Pre-Workout can be taken before your training, whereas our Recovery Blend, Electrolytes, and Creatine should be taken separately. The reason they should be taken separately is that many of them have different tasty flavors that are too good to mix!
Do your products have allergens in them?
All of our supplements use the highest-quality ingredients; however, they are packed in a facility that mainly contains traces of milk, gluten, fish, and soy. So, if you have any allergies to those, we suggest you take them with caution.
Are Go Nutrition products gluten free?
We can't fully guarantee that our supplements are entirely gluten-free. Many of them are packed in a facility that contains traces of gluten. So, if you suffer from a gluten intolerance, take our supplements with caution.
Can Go Nutrition supplements be used if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, we advise you not to take supplements to save the risk of your health. Sometimes excessive amounts of nutrients may impact the quality of milk or pose risks to your infant's health.
Apparel and Accessories
How do you wash Go Nutrition T-shirts?
To keep your Go Nutrition T looking fresh, clean and intact, always machine wash it, but put it inside out. Doing so will help get rid of the smell! Trust us, sweat and bacteria can easily accumulate on it causing it to go smelly. Always put it in coloured fabrics and wash it cold! Never tumble dry it, as it can decrease the lifespan of your T and trust us, you don't want that. Put it out in a cool area in the shade to dry outside.
How do you wash Go Nutrition Shakers?
Washing your Go Shaker is pretty similar to washing your T-shirt. Always wash them by hand, not in a dishwasher, as they can easily become disfigured! Use hot water, dish soap, and a scrubber. If needed, you can place the metal ball in the dishwasher for sanitizing—but remember to always rinse your shaker and ball before washing for a thorough clean.

Orders
How do I place an order?
If you want to place an order for a Go Nutrition product, simply click on the product and select "add to cart." Once you click add to cart, you'll see a preview of the cart and cost, and there will be a note for order instructions (if you wish to place an order). If you would like to go ahead with the order, click check out and proceed with the payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
There are three payment forms: credit card, Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay. Upon payment, your order will be shipped the same day if it's placed before 12 pm AEST time. However, if you place your order after Friday 5 pm AEST, they won't be shipped until Monday. Public holidays are not counted as business delivery days.
What is your subscribe and save option?
If you plan on buying multiple quantities of the same sports supplement to last or need them frequently, you have the option to subscribe and save. The subscribe and save option allows you to receive deliveries every month, two months, three months, or six months. To learn more, click on the product, select the frequency and quantity, add it to the cart and check out as per the usual process.
How do I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at hello@gonutrition.com.au and state your reason.
How do I create an account?
To create an account with us at Go Nutrition, click on the person next to the magnifying glass. Then enter your email and click submit. You should now receive an email with a six-digit code. Once you receive the email, enter the six-digit code on the Go Nutrition page, and it will bring you to your account.
How do I change my email address on my account?
To change the email address on your account click on the person and select email settings.
Can I make a change to my order?
Because of how quickly orders are placed in our warehouse to be shipped, we cannot edit or make amendments. This helps with adding or removing items, changing courier or shipping methods, and applying discount codes. On the contrary, if you've noticed a mistake you can cancel your order by simply emailing us at
What if the product I've ordered is out of stock?
A product that is out of stock can rarely be ordered. However, in the event of such an occurrence, you will receive an email and be notified of how to make a refund or exchange for another product.
Shipping
How much are shipping costs within Australia?
At Go Nutrition, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over AUD $80. Standard orders can take 1-7 business days, whereas it is 2-4 depending on the area of Australia you're located in. To learn more about our shipping costs, please review our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship supplements internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping of our supplements. They can be shipped standard or express. For delivery times and estimations, please review our Shipping Policy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The duration of your order will depend on when you order it and where you're based. To get a better idea of the time frames, review our Shipping Policy.
Returns
What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can only request a return after 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your supplement must be in the original packaging, not tapered, and you must supply proof of purchase. To begin your return, contact us at hello@gonutrition.com.au.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a shipping label with your return details alongside instructions on how and where to send your package. If items are sent back to us first without initiating a return, the return will not be accepted.

What products are non-returnable?
Some items cannot be returned, such as food, supplements (if opened), custom orders like personalized t-shirts, gym wear and more. We cannot accept returns for sales items or gift cards. To learn more about our returns, please visit our returns policy.
Package says it has been delivered but still not arrived?
If you've ordered a supplement or product from us but it hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at hello@gonutrition.com.au, and we will look into it.
I have received a damaged product, what can you do?
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly and contact us immediately if you find your item defective or damaged. Take photos and videos and email them to us at hello@gonutrition.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we've received your return we will inspect it and review it, to let you know if the original refund was approved or not. If it's been approved, you'll automatically be refunded for your original payment method within 10 business days. However please remember that depending on your payment provider it can take some time for them to process and refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@gonutrition.com.au.
