We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit under the conditions outlined below:


Eligibility for Return:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Product Usage Guidelines:

  • Returned items must be no more than 20% used (approximately 5 scoops for a 30-serve tub).

  • We do not accept returns for unflavoured products, sample sachets, multi-packs, or items purchased on sale.

Return Requirements:

  • A copy of your original receipt must be included with the return. Unfortunately, bank statements are not accepted as proof of purchase.

  • A completed return form must accompany your returned item(s). This form is available on our website.

Refund & Credit Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive either:

  • A full refund (excluding shipping & handling), or

  • A store credit equal to the original purchase price.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
